How Move Gigs Board works

The whole journey: see your price, book for $49, meet your crew, move day, pay your movers.

Overview

Move Gigs Board gives you a price up front, books your move for a flat $49, and arranges the moving professionals for you. You never have to shop through profiles or assemble a crew.

The three steps

  1. See your price. Tell us about your move and you get your price before you commit — labor, crew size, hours, fuel, and the $49 booking fee, all itemized.
  2. Book your help. Pay the flat $49 booking fee. Your move is booked and we take it from there.
  3. Get moved. Your movers show up, do the job, and you stay in control of payment.

What happens after you book

  • Qualified moving professionals in your area take the job.
  • About a day before your move, your remaining balance is charged to the card on file.
  • Once that balance is paid, you see your crew, their contact details, and your exact addresses unlock for them.
  • Each mover checks in on move day with your Move PIN, which starts their clock.
  • After the work, you review the recorded time, sign the completion form, add a tip if you want, and tap Pay My Movers.

Do I pick my movers? No. We arrange qualified movers for your job. You meet them once your move is funded.

Can I cancel? Yes, before the balance is charged. After that, cancellation fees may apply.
