Share the date, addresses, home size, and what you need help with. Then pick one of four standardized hourly rates — or a flat rate per mover.
- 2Movers request to join
Qualified movers see your post and can request to join your team. You see their profiles, reviews, and Quality Scores.
- 3Invite the movers you want
Send invitations to your favorites. Only invited movers can accept or decline, so you always control who shows up.
Hourly or flat rate — you choose
The rate you pick applies to every mover on your team. Go hourly with one of four standardized rates, or choose a Flat Rate Per Mover — $150, $200, $250, or $300 per mover for the whole job, no matter how long it takes. Higher rates come with more equipment and more qualified movers.

Pick one of the four standardized hourly rates, or a flat rate per mover. That's what every mover on your team is paid.
Same payment flow either way
Pay the flat $49 booking fee to reserve your move. Your payment method is securely retained for the balance.
Your booked move balance is secured the day before the move, so the funds are ready and held through move day.
Your Move PIN verifies each mover's arrival and starts their official time. When the work is done, review the hours, sign the completion form, and tap Pay My Movers.
