How your movers are arranged, and when you meet them.
Overview
You do not build a crew or pick movers. Once your move is booked, qualified moving professionals in your area take the job.
How movers are matched
Only approved movers can take work on Move Gigs Board. Every one of them has been through an application, an admin review, and skill and equipment checks. A mover can only take your job if they are approved, available on your date, and cleared for the kind of work you posted.
When you meet your crew
Your crew details unlock once your remaining balance is paid, about a day before your move. At that point you see:
- Each mover's name, photo, and profile
- Their contact details
- In-app messaging for the move
Your exact addresses are shared with your crew at the same time. Before that, only the general area is visible.
If your job is not fully covered
If we are still short a mover close to your date, our team steps in. You will hear from us — you are never left guessing on move day.
Frequently asked questions
Can I request a specific mover? Not in the current flow. Tell us anything special about the job when you post it and we match accordingly.
What if a mover cannot make it? Their spot reopens for another qualified mover, and our team monitors it.
Can I see who is coming before I pay the balance? No. Crew details unlock when the move is funded.
