Flat-rate moving jobs offer a set gross payout per mover for the posted work. No 10% MGB platform fee applies to flat-rate labor.

Keep your Profile current so the people hiring can understand what you bring to the job.
What You Earn
The existing 10% MGB mover platform fee applies to hourly labor earnings. You keep the job's hourly rate for the hours you work, minus that fee.
No 10% MGB platform fee. If a Flat Rate job is posted at $250 per mover, the mover's gross job payout is $250. Applicable payment-processing costs still apply to the final payout.
Fuel is charged to the customer based on actual job distance and passes through to you at 100%. The platform does not take a cut.
Customers can tip through the app or pay cash on move day. Tips are yours in full — the platform fee does not apply.
The customer's flat $49 booking fee is separate and does not come out of your pay.

Basic requirements
- 18 or older with a valid government ID
- At least six months of paid moving experience
- Pass a background check — we run it during onboarding
- Identity verification during onboarding
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- A smartphone to check in, clock in and message customers
- Verified tools and equipment where a job requires them
- Insurance where required by your state
