A one-bedroom apartment with two movers typically runs three to four hours. A two-bedroom home with three movers runs four to six. A three-bedroom home with four movers runs six to eight. Every booking has a two-hour minimum per mover — pre-book the hours you actually expect to need.

What if my move takes longer than the pre-booked hours?

Your team may continue working for up to one additional hour beyond the pre-booked time, when available, at the same hourly rate. You always pay for the pre-booked hours, even if the move finishes early — so book the time you truly expect the job to take.

Can I invite a specific mover to my move?

Yes. If there's a mover you want, you can send them a direct invite to your posted move. They're paid at the rate you chose for the job — rates belong to the job, not to the mover.

Hourly or flat rate — which should I pick?

Hourly works best when the scope is uncertain and you want to pay for actual time. Flat Rate Per Mover works best when you want a fixed labor price up front — the amount is the same no matter how long the job takes. Either way you add only the flat $49 booking fee.

$35 Standard is general labor, no specialty equipment. $45 Equipped means movers arrive with a dolly, straps, and hand tools. $55 Protected adds shrink wrap for furniture protection. $75 Specialty is for pianos, safes, antiques, and high-value items — only qualified specialty movers.

Do movers set their own rates?

No. The rate belongs to the job, not the mover. You pick the rate when you post your move, and every mover on your crew is paid that same rate. A mover can work jobs at different rates depending on what each job requires.

When am I charged?

A flat $49 booking fee when you reserve your crew, and your payment method is securely retained. Your booked move balance is secured the day before your move and held through move day. After the work is done, you review the recorded time, sign the completion and payment authorization form, and tap Pay My Movers.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel more than 24 hours out for a refund minus the $49 booking fee. Within 24 hours, the balance charge stands. Reschedules are free, subject to your crew's availability.

What's a Move PIN?

A unique code each assigned mover enters on arrival. It verifies they showed up and unlocks their individual payable time clock. It does not release payment — you do that when you verify the move is complete.

What if there are additional charges?

If the move ran past the booked hours, the exact additional amount is shown to you at completion. You authorize it with your signature before anything is charged.

On hourly jobs you're paid the rate for the hours you work, minus the 10% platform fee. On flat-rate gigs there's no platform fee — you receive the flat amount minus only the card-processing cost.
