Labor, travel, and the flat $49 booking fee — itemized before you book.
Overview
Pricing has four parts: labor (hourly or Flat Rate Per Mover), a per-mover travel fee over 10 miles, the flat $49 booking fee, and any specialty considerations.
What is included
- Labor. Hourly: posted rate x crew size x booked hours. Flat Rate Per Mover: crew size x the flat amount ($150, $200, $250, or $300 per mover), never multiplied by hours.
- Travel fee (per mover).
- 0–10 miles: no fee. - 11–15 miles: $10 per mover. - Each additional 5 miles: +$5 per mover.
- Booking fee. Flat $49, charged when you book. Covers the platform, payment processing, and support.
- Specialty items. Piano, safe, pool table and similar may require the $75 tier.
When you are charged
The $49 is charged when you book. Your remaining balance is charged about a day before your move. If the crew works beyond the booked hours, the exact additional amount is shown on the completion form before you sign.

Frequently asked questions
Is the $49 refundable? Yes, if you cancel more than 48 hours before your move.
Does a fast crew cost less? On hourly jobs you pay for the hours you booked; extra time beyond that is authorized by you. Flat Rate Per Mover does not change with time.
