Leaving a review

Rate each mover after you pay. Reviews are the biggest factor in a mover's standing.

Overview

After you pay your movers, you can review each one. Reviews are the largest factor in a mover's Quality Score.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the completed move from your dashboard.
  2. Under Reviews, tap Leave a review next to each mover.
  3. Give a 1–5 star rating.
  4. Add a short comment covering timeliness, care, and communication.
  5. Submit.

What makes a helpful review

  • Specific: "Wrapped my TV in a moving blanket before loading."
  • Balanced: real strengths, real weaknesses.
  • Recent: write it while it is fresh.

Moderation

Reviews go live immediately and stay unless they break the content rules (personal attacks, contact details, false claims). If a mover disputes one, our team reviews the case.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit a review? Yes, within 7 days.

Can I review without paying? No. Reviews come only from completed, paid moves.

Can movers reply? Not publicly yet.

Troubleshooting

  • "Review window closed" — the 30-day window has passed. Contact support if there is an exceptional reason.
