Paying your movers

Review the recorded time, sign the completion form, add a tip, and pay your movers.

Overview

When your crew has finished, you review the recorded time, sign the completion form, and pay.

Open the move from your dashboard and tap Review and pay.
Check each mover's recorded time — start, any paused time, total active hours.
Review the itemized total: labor, fuel reimbursement, the $49 booking fee already paid, the balance already paid, and any additional amount.
Answer the damage question. Report anything before you sign.
Sign the completion form. Your signature authorizes the exact additional amount shown, if there is one.
Add a tip per mover if you would like.
Tap Pay My Movers.

Each mover's earnings are calculated from their verified time at the job's rate, plus fuel reimbursement and tips, and their payout is queued.

Do I pay each mover separately? No. One action pays the whole crew.

The hours look wrong. Report it on the form before signing. Our team reviews it before anything is paid out.

Do tips get a fee taken out? No. Tips pass through in full.
