Paying your movers

Overview

When every mover on your crew has marked their work complete, your move moves to completion. You review the recorded time, sign the completion form, and pay your crew.

Step-by-step

1. Open the move from your dashboard and tap Review and pay.
2. Check each mover's verified time — start, any paused time, and total active hours.
3. Review the itemized total: labor, fuel reimbursement, the $49 booking fee already paid, your booked balance already paid, and any additional amount.
4. Answer the damage question. Report anything before you sign.
5. Sign the completion form. Your signature authorizes the exact additional amount shown, if there is one.
6. Add a tip per mover if you'd like, or tip your movers directly.
7. Tap Pay My Movers.

What happens next

Each mover's final earnings are calculated — labor at the job's hourly rate minus the 10% platform fee, plus fuel reimbursement and tips — and their payout is queued.

Common questions

Do I have to pay separately for each mover? No. One action pays the whole crew.

What if the hours look wrong? Report it on the form before signing. Our team reviews it before anything is paid out.

Do tips go through the platform fee? No. Tips pass through to your mover in full.
