Set the payout before anyone shows up
Choose a flat rate per mover — $150, $200, $250, or $300 — for the whole job. Labor is simply movers × the flat amount. It is never multiplied by hours, so the number you post is the labor number you pay.
You can still book hourly when the scope is open-ended. Both options use the same posting, the same Move Board, and the same $49 MGB booking fee.

Mutual and transparent
Every affiliation between a company and a mover is mutual. You invite a mover, they accept. Either side can end the affiliation at any time.
Compensation splits are opt-in and per-agreement. You propose a share (for example: 20% of gross labor to the company on company-sourced bookings). The mover accepts, declines, or counters. When they accept, the split is applied automatically on qualifying jobs.
Movers keep their own profile, own rate, and own reviews. They can stay affiliated, leave, or work with another company later. This is not employment — it's a transparent partnership.
